These bad boys arrived from J.Crew a week before Christmas which was perfect timing as they wre a great 'festive' shirt to wear to the various office parties and other related outings. I've never really owned this quite bold shirts before so I was curious how well these shirts would fit into the rest of my wardrobe.
Unpacking
I'll skip the usual detail of the unboxing as I've stated numerous times on the unispiring packaging and unboxing process of J.Crew deliveries. Courier covered packages in shrink-wrap plastic doesn't really do it for me.
Fit
I ordered these shirts as small slim-fit and they fit perfectly, a little too perfectly. Cut high in the arm and not much give in the arm you better in tip-top shape at the original size you bought it as these shirts don't look like they'll ease up over time. The slim fit together with their short-ish tail means they can be worn untucked without looking too sloppy or baggy. Which I guess I am glad I ordered the small as ordering the Medium size may have made that option not possible.
Wrap-Up:
All up I'm very glad I bought these two shirts and none too early as well as since I last checked, these two shirts are sole out. Timing-wise they also arrived at the perfect as I could ease them into my wardrobe as part of the Christmas season. But as two of my favourite shirts they should definitely last beyond the festive period.
